Disable not available products in category view. (v1.5.6.2)

Hi, is there an option to change the standard product size and color (e.g. for a T-Shirt) that views on the Category?
For Example we have a T-Shirt in two different sizes. The "s" size is the standard size but is not available for purchase at the moment.
In the Category View, i can't click "Add to Cart" because the standard Shirt is not available. But if you click on
view product, you can change the size and order the shirt.

My question now is, can we automatically disable not available products in the category view?

We managed to find an option for disabling it in the product view but not in category view.
