Blank page after check or bank payement

Hello,

 

When i try to make a order and when i choose check or bank transfer payement, i have a blank page after i clic on "i confirm my order".

 

I have display error on my defines.inc and there is this error :

Quite simply, the template is broken. Try with the default one, and if this is paid contact the developer and have him fix the issue, it seems to be a small syntax error only in order-confirmation.tpl

perhaps there is some small mistake, so we can check it :-)
