stephenward
check with paypal if this button is working. sometimes it may be due to wrong url it happens. call paypal on there freephone and they can sort out for you. If everything is fine with paypal then you have to see if there is any problems with your html.

pissedoffwithpresta
I have the same problem. Paypal couldn't help. Prestashop won't help (don't have their hyper expensive support contact). Anybody have an answer, please?
El Patron
I have the same problem. Paypal couldn't help. Prestashop won't help (don't have their hyper expensive support contact). Anybody have an answer, please? we had two(2) customers with this issue. None of which were resolved by 'permissions'. First customer paypal blocked by hosting, we proved this by moving to our hosting and testing... Second customer same thing... check 'always without being asked' from hosting control panel, logs, your access log and find the 404....this will prove to be useful information.
