Remove Url Link from Top Level Menu

Good Day

 

How do you remove a Url link on a top Level Menu and still have a drop down for sub-menus. 

 

Eg Women             Url : Domain/Women (Id like to remove this Url Link)

               =>Top     Url : Domain/Women/Top

               =>Dress  Url : Domain/Women/Dress

 

I cant seem to find where to edit this code

HI,

 

You need to edit/overwrite blocktopmenu.php & there check category level(depth) and remove anchor for same. There is nothing to change from admin.

I dont want to remove the Url link for all the top level manus. I would like to remove the url for just one menu item not the whole top level bar. So if you click on the top level Menu you will get a drop down for its sub-menu. If you click on the top menu item url will be removed so nothing happens you just get a drop down to its sub-menu while not affecting the other top level menus
