For ebay module v1.8.1, modify your files as per https://github.com/irrelevantdotcom/ebay/commit/19525161f6c18f4d2021b5b93e589054c3dd0ab8 This includes a new file synchronizeStatus_CRON.php - simply fetch/run that periodically to synchronise. The problem is that even if I have correctly configured the Prestashop status for "item shipped", in eBay the dispatched status won't be set automatically.
