Custom hook is not registering with module in theme import

Hello,
I'm having some problems with the export/import process on BO>Preferences>Themes.
From a module I created some custom hooks by inserting the name into ps_hook table, then I register some modules on that hooks.
After I export the theme and then import it on a new install of prestashop the modules that I've registered are not on my custom hooks anymore.
The other hooks keep the configuration if I change module position, add/unhook.

How can I solve this?
