Can't save products in category

I'm trying to add products in a category. After I've completed all the required fields, I'm trying to save the product, but it's not working, I'm not receiving any errors, simply the product it's not saved and I can't add price, etc.

 

 I'm using Prestashop version 1.5.6.2

Did you made any changes in database?

turn on error reporting,

if you dont see there any errors it doesnt mean that there is no error

in some casese database errors are hidden

in this case it's necessary to turn on error reporting

do it, and will see what's going on then :-)

I tried to add products using Firefox and it's working, but with Google Chrome I can't. So I'm using Firefox...I don't know what's the problem via Chrome

Now I'm having a new problem. I'm trying to modify something a text line in a translation pack, and I'm receiving this error: Warning! Your PHP configuration limits the maximum number of fields allowed in a form

1000 for max_input_vars.
Please ask your hosting provider to increase the this limit to 1142 at least or edit the translation file manually.  

 

I edited the php.ini file but nothing
