failed to open stream in checkout process

Hi everyone,

I am running my store in prestashop 1.6. I have a php error in checkout process. When someone fill his checkout information and click next, it looks a blank page.

I turned on php error reporting, it shows that some files or directories are missing and faild to open.

 

The error is:

 

Warning: require_once(/home/intrabat/public_html/italmarkt.nl/modules/avalaratax/sdk/classes/AvaCert2Svc/SoapClient.class.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/intrabat/public_html/italmarkt.nl/modules/avalaratax/sdk/AvaTax.php on line 22

Please help me so where i can find these files or directories.

Thanks for your reply, are you asking about enabled or disabled of soap client on my server that locats in php.ini file??
