RobstepWorld
Hi, I really hope someone can help as I'm at the end of my tether with this. So I was installing SSL on the site which took a while but with the help of my hosting provider we did it. I then thought I think I will upgrade to 1.6 too so to offer an up to date service to my customers. Worst decision to date. I first backed up everything, the entire store - every folder and file, to my local drive. I used the backup db tool in back office. When I upgraded I also had autobackup on. The upgrade went fine. The resulting 1.6 I didn't like - it changed the dafault theme horribly, and so on and so on. So I tried to rollback the upgrade and low and behold it failed, leaving me with a store that doesn't work. So I followed some guides to externally restore the site. I deleted all files and replaced them with the backed up ones from my local disk and I imported my backed up database in PHPMyAdmin. All I'm getting now is a parked domain page on both FO & BO, Tried turning debug on but nothing comes up over the parked page. website: www.ukrobstep.com/index.php I have temp maintenance page on index.html Any help is welcome if anyone has any idea, Thanks
csschopper.com
Hi, Can you please check the permission on index.php file, it should 644. The other thing is that please restart your server then check. If still issue then please talk to your host provider. Thanks Alok
