Remove Shipping References

I would like to remove all references to shipping throughout checkout.  Shipping is not free, it will be charged to their credit card when the item ships.

 

Any help appreciated.

I have created a partial work around, and am still hung up.

 

What I have done is:

1) remove all carriers inside back office.

2)  edit BLOCKCART.TPL

Edit BLOCKCART.TPL  to comment out the word SHIPPING

edit ORDER-CARRIER.TPL to change nocarrier-Warning verbiage from "No Carrier Available this Area" to "Actual Shipping Costs charged when order shipped." and

"Choose your delivery method" to " "

 

This gives me the visual look I want, but returns error "Invalid  Carrier or no carrier selected."

 

I have seen on other posts that I could edit OrderController to make it so that the order can be processed without a carrier being selected, but I have no idea how to do that, and the post I read gave me zero information beyond that noted here.

 

For instance, I assume OrderController that I am to edit is OrderController.PHP.    That is the only OrderController I have found.

 

No idea where or how to edit OrderController.php.

Could someone tell me where the error message below is located.  Maybe I can work backwards from there.
