(SOLVED) Hook Message in Order

I have a problem with Order in one page.

 

the block for write a message for an order don´t appear, What the problem?? Is it a hook?

Hi,

 

you can check this element at the order-address.tpl of your theme. There is should be element with id="ordermsg"
