500 error after changing seo title + description.

Hello all,

 

I'm doing this seo-project for a customer of ours, but after changing the first meta title and description, I get this 500 Internal Server Error.

 

Now I'm no longer able to get to the front- or backend.

 

I enabled the 'error reporting for debug information' as explained in El Patron's sticky post, but where do I catch the error?

Is the browser error msg is supposed to change? -> didn't happen.

Is there a module you catch the error with? -> not possible, only have ftp-access (backend gives 500 error as well.)

 

On this forum I found that 500 errors sometimes result from the rewrite_module. So I contacted the server host, but according to them everything is ok on their end.

 

All help is much apreciated.

edit: the prestashop I'm using is 1.4.x.x

(Dont know the precise version, again ftp-access only...)
