Creating credit results in voucher e-mail

Hi,

 

I've an older install of Prestashop (1.4.8). When i create a credit for a customer of mine it results in a voucher being created and my customer is receiving a voucher-is-created-email.

 

Are there any of you with this same issue.

 

PS: upgrading is NO solution!

... what issue? perhaps i missed something in your post?

you mean that this voucher is an issue?

Hi,

 

The issue is: that when i click on create credit i want the product being credit and a creditslip being created. Now the customer gets a voucher instead!!
