Rainbow Trade Posted May 28, 2014 Share Posted May 28, 2014 We recently upgraded our website to https and have noticed that customer can no longer login to their account or add items to the shopping basket. We have temporarily removed this redirect so have gone back to http://rainbowsafety.co.uk and customers can login and add items to their shopping basket without any issues. vekia Posted May 28, 2014 Share Posted May 28, 2014 it can be related to theme have you tried with default template? when customers are viewing "product page" and hit "add to cart" in background ajax cart trying to add product with unsecured connection probably. and this causing problems. things like that needs inspection.
