Basket Rules with Restriction on Carrier Selection not working (always shows Free Shipping)

Hi,

 

I came across a weird behaviour.

 

I am trying to setup a "Price Rules > Basket Rules" to give FREE Shipping on a specific carrier.

(the general rule Free Shipping in "Shipping > Preferences" seems to apply to ALL carriers).

 

But when I restrict the rule to "Restriction > Carrier Selection >" and I pick 1 carrier, it shows "Shipping: FREE" in the Shipping selection page.

 

For some reason the Restriction in Basket Rules does not seem to work and creates a bug on that page.

It is still calculated properly on the next page though.

 

This is weird
