john2
Your meta description is shown when your webpage is highly optimized and you have submitted your site to search engines through your google web master tools.
vekia
Your meta description is shown when your webpage is highly optimized and you have submitted your site to search engines through your google web master tools. it's not true what you said above . description appears even then, when website is not "highly optimized" and even without submitting page. in addition from google webmaster tools you can only submit page to google search engine, not to "search engines"
