Extra shipping tax over free delivery price

Hello guys,

 

How can i set an extra shipping cost for a product, that will pass over the free delivery set rate.

 

For example: free delivery set at 100 euro; in cart i have 150 euros including the product with extra shipping (extra shipping cost 15 euro), so i want the customer to pay 165 euro. 

 

If you set a extra shipping cost now, and the cart is over the free delivery rate, the extra shipping will not applied.

 

ps version 1.5.6

 

Any ideas?
