Can someone please let me know how to change information in the footer.

 

1.change the wording beside signs, part 1, please see the picture.

2.change the position of the information, part 2, please see the picture.

1) blockreinsurance module, modules > modules and search for "block reinsurance" or "block reassurance", hit on cofigure button near this module you will see page to manage this section, if you want to translate - go to localization > translations > installed modules translations and search for these texts and just translate them

i just thought that you reffering to "categories" block.

in this case it's simple.

 

go to modules > positions tab in your back office

search for "dispalyFooter" modules list.

then move social networking block to the end of the list of modules (just drag'n'drop it to new position)
