If i place an order on my website the transaction takes place but the transaction it's not validate in my back office so the order doesn't show i only get a mail which says: transaction has successful took place... I work with Bluepaid module. I conntacted Bluepaid support and they say that everything looks OK from their part ... Some help please ? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
El Patron Posted May 28, 2014 Share Posted May 28, 2014 maybe try these 1. turn on debug (config/settings.inc.php run a test test transaction if no errors 2. check that you have the proper order status back office-->orders-->statuses (note: I do not know what the order status should be for this module) Some modules add their own order status, i.e. paypal...for example.
