How to add customers name in all order messages

Hi,

 

I would like to add customers name in each order message after "Dear" when those messages are sent automatically after ordering. How can I do this?

 

For example Prestashop already has defaul text in order messages, such as order confirmation or delivery notice, but is only Hi at the beginning. I will edit the text and add name on it.

What version of Prestashop are you using?

Prestashop 1.5.4.1 if this is the version.

PS 1.5.4.1 already includes First and Last Name in the order confirmation email.  Perhaps you have removed it?

 

If you are looking at a different email template, then tell us what that email template is.
