Voucher Codes created with Customer loyalty module not discounting order

Hey folks,

 

I have Prestashop 1.6.0.6 with Customer loyalty and rewards  module v 1.15 and noticed that when a customer applied a valid voucher created with the Customer loyalty and rewards module, there were no discount applied to the order. This is the first time that a customer tried to applied a voucher so that may have not been working since the begining.

 

When I go check this customer under "Customers" in backoffice, it shows Loyalty points (0 points) and that the voucher have “Already converted”.

 

Also, this customer belong to a Group that have special pricings on all items because she is a reseller of my products.

Any ideas why this is happening?
