huntleybill Posted May 26, 2014 Share Posted May 26, 2014 I have PS V 1.5.6 and am using FedEx V1.6. I have configured the FedEx module with the information provided by FedEx. I have set up the weight/pricing. I have assigned products. I have gone to catalog>products>shipping and set the package size, weight, and carrier to use. I use one zone (north america and made sure that it is checked/enabled. Upon checkout, I get no listing for FedEx shipping unless I go to shipping>carriers> and set the carrier to be "free shipping". Then it shows in checkout as free. FedEx is NOT supposed to be free. How do I fix this to show the actual shipping rate and NOT free shipping.
