genny3021 Posted May 26, 2014 Share Posted May 26, 2014 Hello, I have enabled Merchandise returns in my BO. I can successfully place an RMA request on the full site. However on the mobile it gives me this error However i dont see a checkbox as on the full site. The textbox available, i have indicated product return quantity. see image below Please anyone has any idea what the problem is? or is it a bug? because i have not touched the files (i think).
