Jillz
I'm having problems with my orders showing on the backoffice so Now I see people ordering stuff but I have no clue what and how they wish to pay. So I tried to order myself via frontoffice (the shop) and found out that there is a problem with the bankwire choice. I shows a white screen after confirming the sale. with validation in the url. I'm currently using an older version of Prestashop as I am unable to transfer my current shop to the newer versions, I get allot of walls like it doesn't take my backups and I don't know how to take the looks and products with me to the newer version. vekia
yess, your problem was related to override some of your module probably overrided it make sure that you disabled this module, if not - problem can appear again in the future
Spanner
After looking on the forum for a solution to the same problem, I found that by disabling the Ebay module, it cleared the problem, items now showing on back office orders. But it did bring up another problem that on the front end, customers cannot access the detail of their order - none of the links seem to be active...just looking into that now... Hope that helps a few. Kaye
