Advanced stock management and virtual products together

I have a webshop with both phyical poducts and virtual products.

 

It is PS version 1.5.6.2.

 

I am converting to advandced stock management.

 

First of all. I did not have the following issues before I added Advanced Stock Managemnt.

 

This gives me some challengies.

 

I have theese issues with orders:

 

1)

I order a virtual product (download). OK. NO  chipping cost. (in Danish "Gratis forsendelse)

EX this.

 

2)

I order physical product, OK chipping cost for the physical product.   EX this. (Shipping cost  Shippinhg cost 16.DKK. OK.

 

3)

I order a physial product AND a virtual product in the same basket. The 2 abowe.

This is my issue.

When  I order theese, 2 items, the system adds af shipping cost for the virtual product also .

Now the chipping cost id 32 DKK. This should be 16 DKK.

 

All products except virtual products (downlodad) is i advanced stos management.

 

Virtual products does not apperar in Stock Management system.

 

The virtual procuct has no carrier folder.

 

 

In the item, I can check  the warehouse but this has no effect, if I do this or not.

 

I have tried in the database on 1 item, to update advanced_stock_management = 1 in PRODUCT and  PRODUCT_SHOP. When I do this, ALL orders is FREE SHIPPING COST. So this is NOT the solution.

 

How can I configurate my shop, so an order with both physical an virtual products have shipping cost for the physical items ONLY?

When I switch back to normal stock management it works fine again.

No solution.

Bug report PCXSX-7118 is still open and unresolved.

Prestashop team, please solve this issue.

Well bit difficult to fix when the issue does not exists

Can it actually be that you guy use different warehouses for products when that is the case prestashop accounts double shipping costs...
