Combination Shipping and Payment, Presta 1.6, please help

Hello guys,

 

I need help. I use Prestashop 1.6 and I can not set a combination shipping and payment.

 

for example:

 

DHL (transfer to a bank account) - 5 Euro

DHL (cash on delivery, courier takes money) - 8 Euro

 

and next step in Prestashop is payment

 

bank transfer

cash on delivery

 

Problem is, the customer can choose DHL (transfer to a bank account) for 5 Euro and in next step can choose cash on delivery.With each such transaction I lose 3 Euro.

You need module cashondeliverywithfee. You wil have one carrier DHL and payment to 1 bank account and 2 cash on delivery (with 3euro fee).
