Changes made to any product in back office not saving

The other day I created a couple of new products, add all the relevant details, save them, all looked fine.

 

But today I noticed the titles were incorrect and I had forgot to enable the item.

 

But when I've gone in and changed the name, price and enabled it, once I save it has reverted everything back to the way it was before I saved.

 

I have done this several times to no avail.

 

Can someone help please?
