No carrier has been made available

I've got a problem with the carrier and shipping on my store.  I've setup various zones for the UK:

 

• UK Mainland
• Scottish Borders
• Scottish Highlands
• Scottish Isles
• Central Scotland
• Isle of Man
• Isle of White
• Northern Ireland

 

Each of these Zones has a state allocated to it, in my case this would be counties and boroughs such as London, Aberdeen, Belfast, Surrey, Hampshire etc.

 

Everything is setup correctly and works fine when the customer logs in.  The problem arises when the customer is not logged in and wants to estimate the shipping to their location/address.  The checkout keeps saying "No carrier has been made available for this selection."

 

I've read through some tips on getting this working, and I've made sure that the carriers are active for each product.  I've also made sure I'm not using Stock or Warehouses which complicates the whole scenario.  All the counties I have setup are active for each zone and each zone is setup for an active country, in my case the United Kingdom.

 

I've done some Google searches on this issue and it seems that a fix was made for the CarrierCompare module but I can't find it anywhere.

 

I'm running Prestashop version 1.5.6.2

 

Can anyone help?

Ok so I found the SVN and I've applied the updated files to my site and all is working fine now.  I'm going to run a few tests to make sure it's working properly for every zone.

 

I'll post my feedback on here and I'll change this to SOLVED once it's done.
