Module Block Layered navigation doesn`t work.

Hi.

Could someone help me with this module, please?

It worked from the beginning. Apparently, the module stopped working after an upgrade from version 1.9 to 1.10.8. It is not possible to index prices, attributes nor URL. It shows this error

If I want to edit or make a new template, the template cannot load categories.

CRON writes BAD TOKEN.

I have tried to get back to version 1.9, but the problem remains.

Can someone help, please? Thanks in advance! I am helpless....

Try enabling error reporting as described in my signature, then, before clicking the reindex button, fire up the debug console (f12 on chrome) and access the network tab. Click to index, and you should see a new ajax call being performed. It might turn red depending on how it's failing, click on it and screen the output tab

I tried to change them after I found out they´re not working again. I tried to set up folders on 777 and 755 and files on 644 with no success. I will contact webhosting provider.

Hi, I have the same issue. It is not possible to index proces, attributes, URL, nor index globally. I have checked directory (755) and files (644) permissions, created a fresh new filter based on one single category, and concerning parameters put "no" on every option and 0 as depth filter ... Using Prestashop 1.6.0.9 and  block layred 2.0.13.
Can you please give an advice ?

Hi,

we have almost the same problem:

 

the module works fine in English version site , but does'n work when the site is in Bulgarian language - the templates doesn't load  categories  

 

how to fix that problem?

Hi, thanks for you reply!

 

Bulgarian language is using ordinary Cyrillic symbols. nothing unusual ... 

 

this module use to work a month before

 

- How to check out if the encoding is the problem? - sorry about questions, but I ma not an IT specialist ..

- If the encoding is not the problem, what i do next to find out and make the module works?

Hello, I think I have the same problem, there is an error when I creating indexes. I chacked premision level, but, unfortunatly, I have windows server. So I set up premision tu "write", but it still dont work. Could you give me anadvice, where can be a problem?
