Problems with Importing Products

Hi,

 

I'm having problems uploading my products to prestashop.  I keep getting the screen as in the attached picture.  It appears that the whole of my file is being treated as a single column.  I've tried saving the file in different formats and removing all spaces and ;,&" from the text but I always get the same result.  I'm not sure what to any help would be appreciated.

to import products, you have to create a csv file with ";" as a separator or ','. 

 

Maybe if you let us have a look on your csv file we'll be able to help you.

Devi controllare se all'interno del nome prodotto ci sono gli apostrofi, altrimenti devi aggiungere il doppio apice (")

You have to check if we are inside the product name apostrophes , otherwise you have to add the double quote ( " )
