Error Loading Page on mobile theme

Hello!

 

I created a shop using Prestashop 1.5.3.1 a couple of months ago!

But i have a problem with the access it from a mobile phone. Even if I use the standard Prestashop theme, a alway get a "Error Loading Page" when I try to click on a product category. 

 

Can anyone help me?

turn on error reporting

at the moment your page has got internal server error

so first step in debug process is error reporting

 

let me know if this will be ready

then i will check it once again

Hi Benjamin, we have the same problem with a shop (prestashop 1.5.4.1 , default theme)... how you resolved it?

Hi, 

 

I was using Prestashop 1.4.10 and i just upgraded version 1.4 to 1.6. Everything is working fine and fully functional but Mobile theme (module) was not working than i uninstall that module but mow i am not able to install it again.

 

Error : 

 

The following module(s) could not be installed properly:

• mobile_theme : 
      Ce module ne peut être installé sur cette version de PrestaShop

This is most likely that module you had was developed for PS1.4 you should look if there is a newer version of the same module or other modules with similar functionality that are compatible with PS1.6
