OlitecPadova Posted May 19, 2014 Share Posted May 19, 2014 Salve, ho installato Prestashop nel mio dominio e completato la fase di installazione ma ora non riesco ad accedere né al Back Office né al Front Office, mi appareesclusivamente la pagina bianca. OlitecPadova Posted May 19, 2014 Author Share Posted May 19, 2014 (edited) La mia versione di Prestashop è la 1.6.0.6. ed il nome del mio dominio di terzo livello è ecommerce.olitecpadova.it Ho utilizzato WinSCP per caricare i file di prestashop in ecommerce.olitecpadova.it. Dopo l'attivazione ho cancellato la cartella 'install' e rinominato la cartella 'admin'. Ho saltato qualche passaggio? Avrei un po' di urgenza se qualcuno potesse aiutarmi, ve ne sarei molto grato. OlitecPadova Posted May 23, 2014 Author Share Posted May 23, 2014 Salve! Ho risolto il problema. Possiedo un Hosting misto Windows+Linux. Il mio dominio era puntato sull'Hosting Windows (quindi non adatto per l'installazione di Prestashop). Ho puntato l'Hosting su Linux ed ora funziona tutto bene.
