ruby
Dear Community. The following problem. Once, however, someone had changed the password for the admin area and we had no longer access to the backend, we had to create the following script to create a new admin user. Now we have the problem that the new registration is not working at all and therefore no new customers can sign up. We do not what caused that. The Theme is not the problem, because I've already switched to the default theme and to another but the error persists. The site at issue is www.b-divine.com in the event that someone wants to test it. I hope someone here has a idea why and what's wrong and can help us with this problem. Thanks for your time and a great Monday. best greetings Rubyone
El Patron
have you tried disabling module login radius? When I try to create an account, it just stays on the same page.

ruby
When searching for "LoginRaduis" it only shows me Social Login with a little picture saying "Login Radius". Have disabled it, but didn't helped me. Or do i need to delete the cache & cookies? Thanks a lot for your fast help!!!
El Patron
not all modules are 'real' modules, i.e. programers are lazy or uninformed or just write sorry modules. disabling this, apparently did not 'disable it' as I still see this on login screen http://screencast.com/t/A6a3Os73or it may need to be uninstalled to remove properly. ruby
I had disabled it and after looking if it solved the problem, i enabled it again. Would you mind taking a second look now when i disabled it again? For me its not working either disabled or enabled. Next step would be for me to deinstall it. Just in case of deinstalling it, do you have any advice for a social media login module which is not ruining the page? cheers ruby
El Patron
I can not create account, this may be because there is an override that does not check if logic is 'disabled'. so try uninstall, that is my best advice. as for social login modules, that is not something I am very familiar with. Does anyone has a idea whats the problem? best regards ruby I would search on this module, check installation procedure and see if any manual changes are required...then reverse this procedure. you may want to consider posting in job offers, as looking under the covers is probably required.
