Payments module wrongfully installed? http 500 error

Hi all,

For three out four payment methods i get the error message in my browser that it could not find the associated .php when I try to place an order as a first test! (obviously, I have checked the path – this is correct)

I am new to the platform, so I could have easily overlooked a necessary configuration step! I did not find a related topic, so is there anyone who knows what i need to do?
