Edit Contents on Delivery

I try to edit some contents on my shop, but have no idea where I can edit or add some contents such as delivery? I need to change the text.

 

Another question is, if I would like to create a new category which should not be as a catalogue but information without any products, how can I delete the line 'There are no products in this category'? 

Once I add a new category, this line is automatically shown. I need to delete this.
