Guest Posted May 18, 2014 Share Posted May 18, 2014 We have three individual stores with this issue, so perhaps it is a bug rather than our installation issues If a customer performs a site search for a product, and then tries to sort the results in a particular oder they get a "Use keyword" error Try it here: http://www.shackles-r-us.co.uk/ In the search box type "shackle" or anything else relevant really The search results come up OK, then try to sort by price or whatever and you will see the problem "Please enter a search keyword" Any ideas before I go to bug tracker? Yes, i reported it a while ago. They did an initial investigation and confirmed it was a bug. Not had an update for a week so will chase them up.
