I have done some thing in three modules before I noticed this problem and I have tried uninstalling all three but nothing changed. Those modules are HTML Box, Block Adv and zopim widget module. I also face the same problem, the solution is Uninstall Module "WebEngage Feedback, Survey and Notification v1.0.0 - by WebEngage". It solved the problem.
