Dh42
You need to have an ssl certificate and ssl enabled on your server for authorize.net to work.

Dh42
You need to enable ssl in the preferences section of the back office of Prestashop. It is on the general tab.

sundevilaz
I can not enable SSL until i can test it correctly. I have had my hosting company look into this and they tell me the SSL is setup correctly. I was wondering though.... Under SEO and URLS there is a section called: SET SHOP URL the SHOP DOMAIN is : monsteryouthsports.com the SSL DOMAIN is: monsteryouthsports.com BUT, all of the installation files are in a directory of just "monsteryouthsports" and the .com directory is empty but when i type www.monsteryouthsports.com the site comes up. Do I have this setting wrong?Kent
Dh42
Why can you not turn the setting on in the back office? SSL looks to be set up correctly on the server. Also those are the settings that you need for seo and urls, they are correct. Prestashop automatically adds the http and the https.

Dh42
Hmm, your hosting seems to have a weird way of implementing ssl. If you want, I can enable it through the database for you, or I can tell you how to do it. If you want me to enable it through the database send me the cpanel login information by personal message.
sundevilaz
THIS PART SOLVED! my service provider went in depth and fixed it on THEIR END!!! Thank you for helping me. NOW when i click on pay with credit card it just takes me to the top of the same checkout screen. Ideas?
Dh42
Off the cuff I am guessing you have a module called block search type or block search. There is an error in the module that is causing this more than likely. I would disable the module and test it. If it works, I would contact who ever made the theme and ask them to fix the error.
