BlueBell Posted May 17, 2014 Share Posted May 17, 2014 When I'm in my Dashboard, if I click on the My Shop button in top right corner, it brings me to a completely blank screen. No error message, nothing, just a white screen. I can't work on anything because I can't see what changes I'm making. Please help! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
BlueBell Posted May 17, 2014 Author Share Posted May 17, 2014 Solved! I had a chat with the tech support and just have to re-upload the entire Prestashop. Apparently, the problem is caused by a free theme I've downloaded from the internet. Back to square one, but I really want it to work this time!
