zalafa
Hi there, Ugh my bad, my web domain name is zalafa.com. i've changed the backoffice session lifetime to something like "99999999" (If i'm not mistaken i set it at "back office-->administration-->preferences") and now i couln't login into backoffice with the correct username & password. It's just redirected again on the same login page whenever i attempt to login. Thanks for your help. dioniz
Have you changed Lifetime of Back Office cookies? If so you can set it back in database. In your db in ps_configuration table look for PS_COOKIE_LIFETIME_BO and set it to 480

zalafa
Hi, thanks for joining. Have you tried another browser? Hi Benjamin, Yes, i've tried several other browsers but seems like it has to do with the cookie. There is notice on the error_log located inside admin folder that says " [16-May-2014 22:22:44 Asia/Jakarta] PHP Warning: Expiry date cannot have a year greater then 9999 in /home/zalafaco/public_html/classes/Cookie.php on line 330 " how can i fix it? gergos
Same problem here. I had a number of 480. The only way to login again is to clear the browser cash everytime i auto logout. The problem is that i change the number to 480 and after a litle it auto logout. I change the number to 10 because i read this number represent hours nothing again. Can anybody told me what is the number that i have to put ion order to auto logout after 5 hours? Why the previous numbers seem to not affect the lifetime of login? vekia
so, if it doesnt work without IP checker, i think that problem can be: - related to browser, especially some browser plugins that removes cookies from browser. are you able to say something more about cookie lifetime after access to bo ? - some server-side script to remove php sessions
