difference between paypal payment and website order

Hi there,

 

I'm newbie here and actually working for a sporting goods website.

We are using prestashop 1.4.10, paypal 3.4.5 and myownreservations pro v2.2.2.

Something really strange happened for the first time.

A customer booked some renting bike for a few days through our booking module myownreservations .

He booked four items and for two of them we received from paypal a double booking, which mean the quantity and the payment for two of the four items are double.

Otherway the order we received from our website is correct.

 

Does anyone got the same problem or have any idea how to fix this or at less why it happened?
