Pop-Up Cart in PS 1.6

I would like to know if the pop-up cart window from the PS 1.6 demo comes with the default theme, or if it's a paid module.

in addition to other posts already made here, just want to inform that this feature is active when ajax cart is enalbed in default block cart module
