HOW to add image link into Top Horizontal Menu module

Hi, I want to add the images into the Top Horizontal Menu module, has anyone know how to add image link into it, like the picture I show in below,  I will very appreciate if anyone can help me with this, thank you.

you mean that you want to insert block languages to block top menu (on picture you attached it looks like languages switcher) ?

1) go to modules > positions and move block languages module right after top horizontal menu module (on displayTop modules list)

2) then open top horizontal menu module file: blocktopmenu.tpl and remove two closing tags </ul></div>

3) paste these two tags at the end of block languages module

sorry I am just a beginner of prestashop can you explain more detail  with the step 2 and 3 for me(best its show me the code), please. thank you for your help.
