El Patron
The add to cart button is not the same thing as paypal module. one adds to the cart, then at checkout if configured, paypal is offered as payment method. If this does not help can you provide more explanation, and example. please include shop front office url

No, don't give up...jajajaja chin up....it takes lots of work to be success 1. allow customers to 'add to cart', no paypal button replace of 'add to cart' 2. when customers checkout, this is where your paypal payment option will be presented. for example visit my shop, add to cart, when you check out (register etc.) then you will see the paypal payment option.
