How to block the item that is already in the cart from other user

Hello there.

Could anyone please help me on this one :-

 

For example,

I have one item in stock, and when user A added the item into the cart,

I want the item somehow to be blocked from other customers in real time, even the user A doesn't pay for the item yet.

maybe hide the " add to cart " button, reduce the quantity to 0, anything..

or any available module for this.
