BlizzardUK Posted May 14, 2014 Share Posted May 14, 2014 (edited) Hi. I have PS 1.4. In my customer orders page, on each order I have options like Shipped, On Backorder, Cancelled, and so on. How do I edit these names and even add new ones ? I have seen the option somewhere before but now can't find it. I want to add a new one called Pre-Order Pending. Also, just out of interest, when I change those notifications, where does the customer see the info ? Do they get emailed the change, or just see it in their account info ? Thanks all ! BlizzardUK Posted May 14, 2014 Author Share Posted May 14, 2014 Okay, didn't hear from anyone but I will update this with the solution as I found myself after digging away. You go to "Statuses" under the "Orders" tab. Within that you can add or remove. You can see what the customer sees by clicking on the status and then clicking the "eye" icon for view, this will pop up a window with the message they see. You can enable or disable whether a customer is sent a notification email.
