Country has disaper from customer addresses

Hello all,

 

I would very appriciate a consultancy or help for my case.

From my customer address as in the BO so in the FO has disapered the country settings. Country is missing when I try to edit customer address in the FO and BO. When creating new customer, there is Country for choose.

 

I think the problem is in the Address  format for my current active countries:

 

It is like this:

 

firstname lastname

company

vat_number

address1

address2

postcode city

Country?

phone

phone_mobile

 

I supposed that country should be like: Country:name

 

But when I try to edit and safe Address format it does not save and still has "?".

 

I guess that based on this issue I have connected problem with couriers. Because when any order is placed, there is always zero price for transportation, as Presta probably do not know what region is the customer from? I guess so....

I do use Presta 1.5.6.1

I found interesting think.

 

On Localhost the Address format has no problem, I can adjust and save.

(Note. that I did upload same Presta and database from localhost to my webhosting provider.)

 

But when I try to adjust Address format on the my webhosting partner site, than I can not save adjusted Address format.

 

On local host everythink is working fine, on hosting not.

It is somethink with permisions or PHP or Apache modules ?

I Found the problem is caused on side of my hosting provider. It is strange but its true. I did try other provider and everythink is working Ok and Country:name is not being rewrited.

 

I just do not know what PHP other MYSQL settings might cause such error on the hosting provider site.

 

One of the other errors is also when I try to make DB backup. Than I got error "An error occurred while backing up. Unable to obtain the schema of "ps_access"

I think all my troubles are connecter through this problem. - can not make DB backup, Address format is being damaged for my active country the Country:name replaced by wrong Country? etc...

 

I have PHPinfo but I can not recognize what should be the corect parametr.

 

So I probably will have to change the hosting provider.
