Messagesystem not working and PrestaShop-Team not responding

Dear Support,

 

a payment of an order of one of my modules was cancelled because I supposedly didn't answer the customers questions.

 

I answered this customer twice and never got an answer from him.

Now the Order is cancelled and I got a bad voting from him.

 

I wrote the Prestashop-Team (using the contact form) a month ago and a second time a week ago regarding this issue but never got an answer.

 

So I'm trying this way now...
