Error al cargar tienda

Hola, al intentar acceder a una tienda prestashop me sale el siguiente error:

He sustituido el Customer.php y el FrontController.php por los originales, pero nada.

 

¿Qué puedo hacer?

He probado en el defines.inc a desactivar el debug:

define('_PS_MODE_DEV_', false);

pero sigo sin poder acceder.
