Problem with user registration Cyrillic

Hi, I have the same problem with Prestashop 1.5.6.2

When registering a client with Cyrillic length of the name and surname of more than 6 characters does not send email to " Order Confirmation" but only "Preparation in progress".

Name Nikov Nikov - no problem, name Nicolaï Nikolov does not send email order confirmation , but only "Preparation in progress".

If the customer is registered in English , no problems .

It was found that the problem is the number of characters in Cyrillic.

After many made ​​samples found that the problem comes only from the length of the user name. Perhaps this is a bug in Prestashop 1.5.6.2 to 1.5.3 because there is no such problem.

Please if you know some can I fix this problem to share.
